the integration of stock management, connection to the shipping service provider, accounting, individual pricing per customer and/or customer groups resulted in an easy-to-use and individual b2b online store. many erp functionalities were provided without the typical erp effort.

the task:

currently, all orders were sent by e-mail or telephone and had to be forwarded manually or entered into a system. customers were unaware of new products and promotions. every step in the process, from order receipt to delivery, required manual input and therefore tied up a lot of personal resources.

the solution:

through the development of an online store (specially tailored to the complex requirements of a wholesale business), all incoming orders are recorded centrally and all processes up to and including logistics are controlled automatically via the platform. further functions of the website:
- hidden prices for non-registered customers
- individual prices according to customer and customer group
- promotions and new products are immediately visible to the customer
- and much more.

the result
