with almost 250,000 visitors a year, schloss hof is an attractive destination for excursions and events in lower austria.
we have created a contemporary, informative and functional website for d&m schlossgastronomie as the operator of all gastronomic facilities.
the look is based on the pages of schloß hof, but with its own identity thanks to subtle changes in colors and details.
goal: a user-friendly and clear structure of the content so that visitors can quickly find the information they are looking for.
problem
the old site was unable to cope with the large number of possible constellations in the area of events, different locations and different subject areas due to the structure chosen at the time. visitors were unable to find the information they wanted, or could only do so by searching for a long time.
solution
the thematic summary of all possible entry points with an elaborate cross-linking resulted in today's menu structure. every piece of information can be reached by the shortest route.
goal: interaction with the visitor. planning, reservation and booking of events and catering visits.
problem
due to the combination of our own gastronomic events, events at the castle itself, private events and a large number of day visitors, it was a considerable effort to handle the inquiries and reservations, most of which were received by telephone.
solution
today, online reservations and bookability have been implemented for each of the many possible themes. the administrative workload has been considerably reduced and the number of inquiries has increased significantly.
style tile
thematically adapted to the barbecue theme, with strong contrasts, but without overtaxing the eye.
